How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through various channels. For the best rates and conditions, book directly via our website. A credit card is required to make a reservation via our website.
If desired, you can reserve by e-mail, always have your credit card at hand.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
If you do not have a credit card, you have the option to pay for your reservation via bank transfer. However, it is important to note that payment by bank transfer is only available when you place your reservation by telephone or email, and not for online reservations. To use this option, you must make your reservation at least 1 week in advance and transfer the amount due to the hotel account within 48 hours of placing the reservation. In case of a last-minute reservation, we kindly request that you provide proof of payment immediately after the transfer, so that your reservation is also guaranteed at that time.
How can I cancel or change my reservation?
Please contact reception by telephone or email for booking changes or cancellations, depending on the booking conditions applicable to your reservation. These conditions vary based on your chosen rate and can be found on your booking confirmation. If you have made a non-refundable reservation, cancellation or modification is not possible. For reservations made through external channels such as booking.com, please contact the relevant channel for further instructions regarding changes or cancellations.
Can I also pay on site?
You must always provide us with your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard) in advance. Payment will be debited from your account 2 days before your arrival. If you do not have a credit card, you can also make a transfer 1 week in advance.
Can I make a reservation under the age of 18?
This is no problem at all. If the children have written permission from their parents, this is considered sufficient by the hotel.
I want an invoice for my stay
You can indicate at both check-in and check-out that you would like to receive an invoice for your stay. Please provide us with your billing information. If you would like to arrange this after your stay, please contact us at info@villamonte.be so that we can send you an invoice by email. Be sure to include your confirmation number.

How do I connect to the WiFi?
Villa Monte provides super-fast WiFi for hotel guests. Wifi is accessible in both the hotel room and in all communal areas of the hotel.
Is there a bar?
We have a nice hotel bar.
Is there a restaurant?
We do not have any restaurants in the hotel, but around us you will find many nice places to eat out. We are located in the middle of the center.
Can I park with you?
Villa Monte has its own parking (uncovered) and this costs 5 euros per night. You cannot reserve this parking in advance, but there is usually sufficient parking space.
Do you have a garden?
We have a large city garden where our guests can relax freely.
What are the breakfast hours?
You can have breakfast with us from 7 am to 10 am. On weekends we open an hour later: from 8 am to 11 am.
General
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, while check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier, we offer the option to leave your luggage with us. Early check-in is subject to our availability. Please contact us the day before arrival or in the morning of the day of arrival to inquire whether an earlier check-in is possible. For a smooth check-in upon arrival, you can also check in online in advance.
When checking out you must report to reception. If you wish, you can also use the online check-out. On the day of departure we can store your luggage for you to collect later in the day.
How do I get in at night?
You will receive an access code at check-in, which allows you to easily enter the building at night. You can always ring the bell and one of our employees can let you in.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Dogs are welcome at a surcharge of 15 euros per stay and are not allowed in the breakfast room.
Lost and found
If you have forgotten anything after your stay, we recommend that you contact the hotel directly by email or telephone. If the lost item is found, you have the option to pick it up yourself or have it shipped to your home address for a fee. Lost and found items that are not requested will be donated.
